As the 2016 campaign enters its final two weeks and early voting continues, we want to take the opportunity to remind people about Edelman’s participation in the #TimeOffToVote movement.

Edelman’s leaders recognize that it can be difficult for people to find time to vote during a busy work day. So they decided to help Edelman’s 3,000 U.S. employees make voting their first job of the day on November 8 by delaying the opening of our 14 U.S. offices until 11:30 am.

Last month our global CEO Richard Edelman wrote about the importance of making time to vote, which we encourage you to read here on his 6 AM blog. As we see it, making it easier for our employees to engage in the political process is better for business, better for our people and better for our government institutions.

We hope that you’re getting as excited for Election Day as we are, and we encourage you to join in as we take #TimeOffToVote.
